                                 The Missy Borgman Scholarship

The Grove City Chamber Singers have established the Missy Borgman Scholarship, in memory of a long- time member who passed  away in 2018, due to cancer. A $500 scholarship will be awarded each spring to one student from Reynoldsburg High School, where director Kristi Reed teaches vocal music, and one student from either Grove City or Central Crossing High School, in the South-Western City School district where group founder Ellen Tate teaches vocal music. This year, the 2023 recipients are Rebekah Meek from Reynoldsburg HS, who will attend Xavier University and major in environmental science, and Andrew Vo from Grove City HS who will major in music education at Bowling Green State Unitversity. Good luck to Rebekah and Andrew this fall, and we hope you keep singing!
