The Missy Borgman Scholarship
The Grove City Chamber Singers have established the Missy Borgman Scholarship, in memory of a long- time member who passed away in 2018, due to cancer. A $500 scholarship will be awarded each spring to one student from Reynoldsburg High School, where director Kristi Reed teaches vocal music, and one student from either Grove City or Central Crossing High School, in the South-Western City School district, where group founder Ellen Tate teaches vocal music. This year, the 2024 recipients are Katelyn Partlow from Reynoldsburg HS, who will attend Capital University, majoring in primary childhood education and Bailey Grizzell from Central Crossing HS, who will major in musical theater at Heidleberg University. Good luck to Katelyn and Bailey this fall.
